What is purified water?
DI purified water stands for Deionized Water, a type of purified water that has had all of its mineral ions removed, such as:
Calcium (Ca²⁺)
Magnesium (Mg²⁺)
Sodium (Na⁺)
Chloride (Cl⁻)
Sulphates (SO₄²⁻)
Iron, copper, and other trace metals
This is done using a deionization process, which typically involves running water through ion-exchange resins that swap charged contaminants with hydrogen (H⁺) and hydroxide (OH⁻) ions, which combine to form pure H₂O.

How do I pay?
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and cash upon completion. An invoice is sent out after your cleaning, detailing how to make payment. Online payments are due within 5 days of your clean.
Clean Guarantee
At Timberland Cleaning, we pride ourselves on the service we offer so much that we offer a clean guarantee with every window clean provided. Please note that this guarantee is valid within 24 hours after the cleaning is completed. This gives the windows time to dry and the full results to be visible.
Regularly scheduled window cleaning
Our regular window cleaning provides 2 different schedules, monthly and 2 monthly. We recommend a monthly clean to keep up with the maintenance and to get the most out of your clean.
Regular cleans get a message the day before to notify yourself of our arrival. All we ask for is that any side gate we require access through is unlocked, and the pathway is clear for accessibility.
What if I want just one clean?
One-off cleaning is as it sounds, one single clean of your windows. We don’t miss any corners, and the clean guarantee is still available. We do your front and back door, and the window sills on top of the frames and glass panels.
